Congrats to Jen Spyra, my ex-student and grad of the NU MFA in Writing for the Screen+Stage program, for her expanding role on Late Show with Stephen Colbert -- 

"Another interesting touch Licht said was added for the conventions was a new announcing voice. Jen Spyra, one of the show's writers, took on the assignment, and she will likely take over the job. (She was also the voice of "Cartoon Hillary" this week.)"

Sick by Seven poster gets an Award of Excellence from the UCDA

The poster for Sick by Seven is the recipient of an Award of Excellence by the UCDA (University and College Designers Association) and will displayed at the UCDA's national and regional conferences. Great end to a fascinating project. Congrats to our designer Ken Pagni and to all involved in this production.
